Benefits of Abiding

Had some audio difficulties in the beginning: the first couple minutes were lost. The Christian life is a life of progress; being pruned is for the purpose of bearing fruit. By this we prove to be disciples of Christ. Three benefits that result from abiding in Christ: 1) bearing fruit; 2) effective prayer; 3) God being glorified through us. These benefits only come as we give ourselves to one goal: seeking to remain in Jesus Christ, our Vine.
